It’s quite easy, when the UK, US or Israel or their allies sail a flotilla of warships sometimes thousands of miles from home along the Iranian coast which puts all of Iran within range of their nuclear ship based missiles that is a warning. When Iran says they will close that area of sea in response to sanctions and assassinations gleefully celebrated by US/UK/Israel axis that is a threat. Got it? It also works if unarmed peace activist take a boat trip to Gaze and are violently assaulted by state of the art armed special forces, the activist are a ‘threat’, the violent response is a ‘warning’. There, I’m glad we’ve cleared that up, I would hate for Axis of Democracy™ citizens not to understand they must at all times (even while purporting to be hard bitten, cynical realist journalists for liberal newspapers) conform to national tribal loyalty even while decrying that identical bias in their nation’s enemies.
